It comes with BOTH the flush fit base plate AND the finger rest base plate. The magazine does not appear to have seen much use at all. The spring is strong, and the body is free of dents and rust. If I had an LCP MAX, I'd keep these. They are super cool little mags, considering they hold 10 rounds for their size.
