Description: THE OLD CURIOSITY SHOP is a hardbound, handcrafted modified miniature reproduction of The Old Curiosity Shop written by Charles Dickens and originally published in 1841. The full text of Chapter 1 is included in 26 pages. This volume measures 31/32 inch high by 25/32 inch wide by 3/16 inch thick. It is constructed using traditional book making techniques and other techniques I have developed for making miniature books. The spine is printed with the title so the volume will look well on a bookshelf. I personally make each book. My miniature books are not intended for children and are not toys. THE PICTURE IS LARGE TO ENABLE CLOSE VIEWING OF THE BOOK DETAILS. THE QUARTER IN THE PHOTO MEASURES .955 INCHES OR 24.26 MM.
