It measures approximately 4". Because colors don't always appear the same on every monitor, the actual rug may be a slightly different color than what you see on your screen. The rug is printed on velvet paper giving it the look and feel of a real rug. Velvet paper is heavier than regular paper resulting in a rug that lies flatter than rugs printed on thinner paper products. Please note that this is a paper product which is about the thickness of card stock but not stiff like card stock. It is paper on one side with a low velvet coating on the other side which gives it soft velvety feel. They are printed with water resistant inks costing more to print.
