Books have illustrated portraits throughout, satin bookmarks, tissue protected frontis, and deckled page edges. Books measure 8 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Published 1928 by William H Wise, New York. Specially prepared by the Roycrofters in their shops which are in East Aurora, New York. Books are in near new condition with the exception of Volume 3 that has a darker dust jacket with some toning to page ends. Bindings are firm, hinges strong, and text clean with no writing. Absolutely beautiful! This was part of a very large book collection that I picked up many years ago. This set has been boxed up and stored in a climate controlled environment for over 15 years.
