The peppers start off light green and eventually ripen to a creamy white color. Jay's White Ghost Scorpion peppers grow into various shapes, with most having tails like a Trinidad Scorpion. The white skin is thin like a Ghost pepper. Although the heat level is not quite as hot as Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion, the peppers are extremely hot and have a sweet, fruity flavor, similar to the Ghost pepper. Jay's White Ghost Scorpion pepper averages about 800,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU). They were then harvested at peak ripeness (completely White). The seeds were then removed, air-dried, packaged, and ready to be shipped to you for you to grow your own.
