The watch movement is signed by Edward Maud Daventry and the silver marks date the case to 1795. The outer case measures 52mm across and the two most important things... the chain in the movement is present and attached AND look at that lovely painted back on the outer case! The movement uses a size 4 key but I didn't play with it much as I didn't want to cause any damage. Assume it isn't currently working but with an attached chain you're more than half way to getting it working again. Great piece of history.
