Pon Our beloved Pon is the head of the group who used to work overseas for years. There, he experienced interesting skills that he thought could be applicable to the artisans in his hometown. After he came back, he started to gather the craftsmen and shaped their carving skill. He had a wide range of knowledge about trees and types of wood, and decided to use teak instead of coconut shell. The products hence became much more durable, light, and moist resistant, suitable for a variety of cooking tasks. He always tried his best developing both the goods and artisans, and that resulted in a finer quality of products and more proficient craftsmen.
