1/87 HO Scale Container Terminal Heljan #1716 Shrink Wrapped MISB

Description: I need to clear some space on my shelves, so I need to part with some of my collection. I still have fond memories of the 4x8 HO train layout I had back in the 70s. I think it was really my Dad’s thing, but I liked the remote controlled switches and the big knob to control the train speed. I am sure it is not sophisticated by today’s standards, but the track was segmented so you could run more than one engine at a time. I spent most of my time building the models for the layout, which is where this kit comes in. Heljan is a Danish company that started back in 1957 making scenic products and kits for model railroads. They have recently focused on rolling stock, so these kits are getting harder to find. This is their classic kit of the modern Shipping Container Terminal with crane framework, platform, loading docks and signage. I only found a single listing for this kit on eBay (rare and hard-to-find), but as a Top Rated Plus US Seller, I have this in stock and can reliably ship to you very quickly. As you can see from the pictures, the package is pristine and still sealed with the original shrink wrap, so it is factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. This item contains one complete injection molded plastic model kit with green, grey, tan and clear plastic parts that is about 7.9” L x 9.8” W x 7.5” H when completed.
