Description: Beautiful flow blue plate by Benedikt Brothers. Marked on the back "Austria Carlsbad" which was a mark used by Benedikt starting in 1883. Carlsbad was a town known for pottery production located in Western Bohemia, today the Czech Republic. Blue Onion pattern, measures apprx 10" across. Unique design, the bottom of the plate is not flat but has a depression in the middle. Very good condition, but it does have a chip on the back edge, see picture.
