Description: Vintage 1883 Life Magazine Volume 1 # 1 in Very Good Condition with illustrations on each page. This classic magazine, started out as a small (3 1/2 by 4 1/2 inch) booklet or digest. This didn't come with the covers that it has today. The front and back covers do show some wear but not bad for it's age - over 140 years old - see photos. The interior pages are clean and crisp and the binding is tight - see photos. The book is full of great illustrations on nearly every page. This would make an excellent addition to any collection. We bought this at an Estate Sale last summer. We also bought old books, comics, paper items, toys, glass ware, vintage postcards, old bottles, etc., so watch for these items in the coming weeks.
