This die set comes installed with strong neodymium magnets which allows you to quickly attach the dies to the inside of your vise jaws. Our dies are 3D printed using a high compressive strength polymer, making it possible to bend sheet metal. Using a vise with a deeper throat will allow you to form longer flanges in your part. If tightening the vise by hand is difficult, use a pipe or wrench around the handle to apply more force. Sticking a small magnetic angle level on your part while bending can help you get consistent angles outside of 90 degrees. **Always wear safety glasses when using this product. Bending thicker metal can cause damage to the dies and increased wear on the tips of punch and V opening. Sharp burrs on edge of metal can cut into dies.
