The small pieces missing from the border are on the cardboard backer and are all present. The following facts can be used to date this map: Poland did not exist as a country from 1795 to 1918. Finland (4th picture) had the status of a Grand Duchy of Russia from 1809 to 1917 Romania (7th picture)was not independent from the Ottoman Empire till 1878 The Austrian Empire (3rd picture) existed from 1804 to 1867 The Treaty of Constantinople defined the borders of Greece (6th picture) in 1832 Finland's status as part of Russia and the independence of Greece from the Ottoman Empire can be used to date this map to from 1809 to 1832.
