It has copyright dates of 1891 and 1902 by Dodd, Mead & Company that are stated in the bottom margin. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Overall, a very nice small size map that would frame up well. Size: The dimensions of the map area between the neat lines measures 8 1/4 by 10 1/2 inches (21x26cm) on a page measuring 10 by 12 1/2" (25x31cm) with a margin all around as seen in the main pic. Condition: The map is in Very Good to Excellent condition with very light tonal aging, printed on a buff page with bright ceragraphic color and a centerfold as issued. Other than a slight darkening around the edges as typical, it is very clean with no obvious defects to mention, see the pic for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
