There are some small faint marks and some edge and corner wear on the cover. There is a small tear on the front gutter (see photo). There is a very small faint mark/smudge on the margin of about five pages. The back (blank side) of a few pages have tanned over time (those pages have a full color illustration on the other side and are a different type of paper than most of the pages). Otherwise this antique Book is in Good condition! Ninety~nine percent of the pages ARE clean!
