Mr. Songer lived and worked in the mountain town of Crested Butte, Colorado throughout his life. He was the postmaster and may have held other positions as well. He must have received this book as part of his official role. The Songer family was large and well known in Crested Butte. The text is clean and unmarked. No stains or foxing.
