Description: I have my Slash and Burn design perfected for nearly all 1911's and wow did they come out nice. The grips come out beautifully for both compact and full size guns in standard thickness or slim line. The design is fairly aggressive but fully de-horned on the top and bottom edges. The material is called G10 and its one of the best materials for handgun grips and the only one that can provide this look. Its much tougher than wood or acrylic... it won't absorb moisture and doesn't scratch very easy. The material is tough as nails and will last normal shooters a life time. The grips will fit all mil spec guns.... Colts, Kimbers, RIA, Remington, Smith and Wesson, and many others1911 Compact and Springfield EMP - 1911 Compacts with roughly 2 11/16" between bolts... grips are compatible between the 1911 Compacts and EMP's where others are not... The EMP is one of the few guns that has slim line grips and hardware from the factory so I recommend this option if you want the same feel and hardwareTaurus PT1911 - Cutter wider to fit the PT1911 Frame... .235 Thickness... Drilled out for PT1911 Bolts. Sig GSG - Resolves issues on ambi cut and metric bolts... Not available in slim line, bob-tail, round-butt, (due to lack of aftermarket parts for these options) Thickness Standard - .270" works well for most peopleThin - .187" inch works well for CCW guns and people with small hands... requires slim line bushings and screws Bottom CutsStandard Bevel - Most people need this option.... Has a 30 degree taper and a notch for the MSPMagwell - If your gun has a magwell you probably want this option, straight 90 cut on the bottom with a covered MSP Wilson 188 Magwell - If you want to install a Wilson Combat 188 magwell you need this option (PT1911 requires slight modifications... basically filing the hooks about.020")Bobtail - you probably have an Ed Brown or Dan Wesson, bottom corner of the grip is cut off and beveledRound Butt - The bottom corner of the grip is rounded, Sig Nightmare, S&W E-Series, Kimber Super Carry Pro That covers most options for 1911's grips.
