Description: This week I'm offering a number of old non-sport cards from various vintage sets. The E123 set was issued by American Caramel around 1921, and it features photos of popular actors and actresses, set within an ornate frame, There were originally 80 numbered cards in the set, designated as such on the back. The set was eventually reissued with 40 additional cards, and the backs note a set of 120. There were also twenty additional numbers issued - these are fairly rare. The set offers a good cross-section of Hollywood's leading actors of the silent era, and it remains popular with collectors. Here I have a good starter lot, eighteen cards (15 different), most from the "set of eighty" series. The cards are in varying condition (see scans), most showing corer wear, some with creases, but most present very well for cards that are over a century old. This would be a terrific addition to any collection!
