Description: I'll be auctioning/selling a group of 1923-24 exhibit baseball cards in the next couple of weeks that grade in the PSA 1 to PSA 4 range. Many of these cards are the highest grade that currently exists so watch for my listings. These cards are exceptionally rare and nearly impossible to find in gradeable condition. Description: For sale is a 1923-24 Exhibit baseball card of Mike Gonzales as a member of the St. Louis Cardinals. Gonzales has a Cuban background. The cards in the 1923-24 set are black and white with blank backs and are among the rarest exhibit cards. They are extremely difficult to find in decent condition. Condition: This vintage card has been graded by PSA as a PSA2, GD. Referring to the scans, the card has very little corner wear and it does not have any creases, wrinkles, paper tears, or pin holes on the front or back. The card has an excellent front but apparently was downgraded due to horizontal line stains on the back. The card measures nominally 3-3/8 x 5-3/8 inches and is nicely centered. Population Report: There are only 7 cards graded higher than this card by PSA. Shipping: The card will be shipped by first class mail with delivery confirmation. The card will be shipped sandwiched between cardboard and sent in a bubble wrap envelope. Shipment to the USA only.
