Some pages torn in very bottom left and a bit of scribble on the bottom of the front cover and a fold on the top of the back cover are the only issues that would take anything away from this example. The pages are firmly intact and in very good condition and can be leafed through as you normally would. Corners are showing minor signs of age. Overall in good condition.
