Description: 1930's Buddy L Scarab - Windup Car Clockwork - Pressed Steel / "Repainted" Ships USPS / Fast Shipping / Shipping Insurance Very cool car with an aged repaint job in green. Original red shows underneath. The clockwork portion appears all intact and mostly operational. Needs a little attention - I think 1 gear is out of line or something else minor. Bumpers missing. 1 side screw is a replacement. Tires show some wear with the one near the brake mechanism the worst. A great candidate for professional restore or customizing or ?. I like the color and patina as-is, but this is your project. A good base toy to work with. If only toys were made like this today. Don't get me started. Ha ha. Measures 9 1/2" L x 4" W x 3" H.
