It has a new bushings and brushes, rewrapped field coils, armature has been turned and checked on a growler. This one works great, just got thru with it. Has a used (bendix) starter drive also. Has been bench tested and has lots of torque and works fine. I will not warranty these if they do not meet my expectations, so buy with confidence. NO CORE RETURN REQUIRED.
