Description: This old watch strap is signed only "STAINLESS U.S. PAT. 1966063." This patent was registered in 1934 and expired in 1951 and was never renewed. It belonged to the Hadley Co., Inc. of Rhode Island and was made by them or under license by them and is minimally 73 years old. It is made from ferrous stainless steel and gold plated stainless steel. It would fit watch lug size 13mm nicely or 14mm loosely as the lug ends measure approximately 12.8mm. The band is approximately 15.9mm wide and the length adjusts approximately 4.5" to 5.125". The bracelet is sturdy and functional. There is wear and tear commensurate with light to moderate use, storage and handling for the last 90 years. Please examine the photos for further information on design and condition.
