Description: 1934 State Fair of Texas Opening Day Pin Fresh from a Dallas estate comes this vintage memorabilia piece from the 1934 State Fair of Texas in Dallas. The design is a 5 point star pin in copper or brass tone metal with blue enamel details. There is a round disc in the center with embossed image of the state of Texas with 1934 inset. Around the edge it reads, "State Fair of Texas Opening Day." The back of the pin is stamped, "Green Duck Chicago." The pin measures about 1" across. This piece is in antique condition! There is pitting to the metal and green corrosion on both sides. Blue enamel is flaked off and worn. Review all photos for better condition details.
