Description: A 1939 New York World’s Fair, The American Potter Exhibit, ceramic plate. The 7 inch ceramic plate shows a circa 1500’s potter at work on his trade making a vase. The Back of the plate is stamped “THE AMERICAN POTTER,1939 NEW YORK WORLD’S FAIR,JOINT EXHIBIT OF CAPITAL AND LABOR” The plate has no cracks or chips and is in very nice condition.
