Moss 1940. It shows a little girl that resembles Shirley Temple picking flowers in a garden in the spring. She is watching a group of baby birds around a bird house. It has the signature of Mabel Rollins Harris, the artist, on the bottom left. This measures 16" tall x 12" wide (with a 1/8 to 1/4" border) and in good frame-able condition. There are a couple of old creases and 2 tiny scratches (not touched up but could be) but would not likely detract from the beauty in a frame. Nice, bright, and colorful!
