Description: This is an adorable 1940’s dollhouse being sold by original owner. It was fully assembled and furnished when Santa delivered it.After outgrowing the use of it, it was disassembled and stored in a flat box until recently. We are downsizing and selling a lot of my childhood toys. The exterior is in really really good condition, with the exception of the missing chimney piece - otherwise the house is in like new condition. The Living Room, however is not - due to rust on the floor (the only rust anywhere in the house.) As you can see, the furniture is in fairly good shape, except for broken chairs. Those can be repaired with a 3 D printer.The furniture really is reminiscent of the 40’s: the pedestal ashtray by the Fathers chair and the big brown floor style radio. All lamps have shades, which are not assembled - which is also true of the baby crib and the Side tables by the Sofa. The fireplace is remarkable with detachable andirons and “wood” logs. The metal assembly tabs are in perfect condition as they were bent only once by Santa, to assemble the house, then straightened for disassembly. We have tried to disclose all defects in this product. We do not want to pass on any buyer surprises.If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return it, at your expense, for a full refund.
