Kerry Meads was an exceptional drummer and percussionist who recently passed away. Kerry played percussion professionally in the Orchestras on Broadway, The New York Philharmonic, Carnegie Hall and the Boston Pops. He played for local Pennsylvania bands in carnivals, fairs and festivals. He also played on cruises and music tours throughout the United States and Europe over the years. Here is his rather rare 1940s Slingerland Radio King 3 piece drum set in Marble lacquer. 6 1/2 x 10, 8x12, 14x24. Both toms have Radio King engraved rims. All original (except one BD tension rod) including the Radio King calf heads Very good condition, from smoke free environment.
