Description: An original b&w vintage RPPC from possibly the mid 1940's, possibly a rear fender of a 1946 Ford on the left lower corner, 5 1/2" x 3 1/2" taken of ADAMS STREET of the BUSINESS DISTRICT in MONTE VISTA, COLORADO, taken by Harold Sanborn, #W2193. VERY Good photo postcard of the local street scene. Parked on the street appears to be many automobiles from the early 1940's. You can see signs for F. M. BANK, THE RIO GRANDE HARDWARE CO., Meadow Gold ICE CREAM, WALTER'S BEER, KELLY'S CAFE, SHORTYS LUNCHES, the RUBIN HOTEL, GRANADA Movie Theater, DRUG store, GORDO and others. Photo crisp and clear. Never mailed. No post mark, no stamp. EKC stamp box, EFD 1941. Any glare or distortion is from my digital camera. Sharp corners, no creases. Very, very Good condition, sharp image. Much better than image shows. FREE SHIPPING. I specialize in "Roadside America" and "US States, Cities, & Towns" with identifiable automobiles. If you are looking for postcards or photos with a specific make of automobile let me know, I may be able to help you out, if so I will list them on EBAY. I have been buying and selling on EBAY since 1999, with many satisfied customers, and many are repeat buyers.
