THIS SHOP WAS STARTED IN 1927 BY FRANK PATANIA IN SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO, RIGHT NEXT TO THE SANTA FE RAILROAD STATION. THIS WONDERFUL BELT UP FOR AUCTION, HAS 12 HEAVY STERLING SILVER RECTANGULAR CONCHOS, PLUS A BUCKLE. THEY ARE ALL HAND STAMPED WITH TRADITIONAL NAVAJO DESIGN ELEMENTS. THE ENTIRE BELT MEASURES APPROX 30" FROM END TO END. THE LEATHER WAS SPLICED AT ONE END, IT MAY NEED REPLACING-SEE PICTURES. ONE SIDE OF A COPPER SLIDE HAS COME DISCONNECTED-SEE PICTURES.
