This old herters game call measures three and one eighths inches tall, the golden plastic part reads herters since 1893 Wasaga MINN. judging from everything I bought from this estate, I would say it is the 1940s or 1950s. it is in very good condition, plastic shows normal signs of age, there is one spot that looks like a chip but it is not chipped out, and shown in my last photos. It has an unusual shape to it, the bottom reminds me of a bell. Shipping will include insurance
