PLEASE GO BY THE MEASUREMENTS BELOW: BUST 32" WAIST 24" TOP BACK TO BOTTOM HEM 43" CONDITION: VERY GOOD (Dress is slightly smaller than the mannequin, so zipper does not fully close) Vintage clothing has been worn for the most part, so it is not new.
