Description: 1951 Royal Bohemia Dux Czech Duchcov Porcelain Figurine Country Man 8 3/4" Very Nice Royal Bohemia Dux Czech Duchcov Porcelain Figurine. This features a man with freshly picked grapes in a basket. He is dressed in white and cobalt blue with gold accents throughout. He stands on a 4 footed base with embossed scrollwork and leaves and the original sticker on top. The bottom has the pink Royal Dux triangle mark. Duxer Porzellanmanufaktur, or Dux Porcelain Manufactory, was started in 1860 by Eduard Eichler in what was then Duchov, Bohemia. The high quality pottery and porcelain figures produced there are now generally referred to by the abbreviated name, "Royal Dux." This measures 8 3/4" High x 3 1/2" Wide at the Widest Point.
