It would undergo several name changes before becoming what is known today as Choice Hotels International. The chain initially remained east of the Mississippi River. Amazingly, the Delta Motel is still in business 70 years after this item was given away to guests, my parents who were USC students. The hotel is no longer part of the Choice Hotels chain. Now it is a Marriott property with a spiffy new building. I can't determine if it is on the same exact location as the original. All photos are my own and of the actual item on offer. No retouching.
