It is complete except for tag is not correct for unit. I have the intake manifold for sale in another listing. This carburetor comes from a great Mopar collection and needs rebuilt. Has the manual choke. It has top numbers of 6-1273, center shows 039 & base has 1-1462. Not taken apart and stored well for many years. I see no issues of any damage or cracks or such.
