Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE We are offering this museum quality, restored 1957 Williams Deluxe Baseball Pitch and Bat. This is your opportunity to own a blast from the past like you’ve seen on Myrtle Beach, the Jersey Shores and in many Penny Arcades all along the east coast. Remember your childhood when you play this classic game in your own home as if you were playing it in a long line of arcade games on the ocean front. Here at Arcades at Home we have been restoring these classic machines since 1978 strictly for homes. We take pride in offering the best possible restored pitch and bat baseball games available. With this many years’ experience we know how to make this 81-year-old arcade game look and play as good as new. You can see the craftsmanship in all the little details that make this a museum quality piece. Our restoration process consists of stripping down the whole game. We then sand down the cabinet, repair any damaged areas as needed, glue, clamp and tighten any loose joints. Multiple coats of primer are applied to the cabinet and then our in-house professional pin stripe artist hand paints it to the original pattern. The original oak trim is stripped, sanded, stained and varnished. All exposed metal is replated or refinished as needed. All the mechanical parts in the game are reconditioned for years of trouble-free service. The original Formica playfield is polished. The home run deck and playfield side rails are refinished just like the original. The bat unit, pitch unit and other mechanical playfield parts are all restored like new. All the stepper units, relays, score units, etc. are rebuilt and thoroughly tested. The 1957 Deluxe Baseball is the only classic pitch and bat with side cutouts for better visibility on the wedge cabinet. This model is a one player game that keeps track of your score, strikes, home runs, grand slams and the previous hi-score. It also features the desirable Williams running man unit with the moving pop-up players. This machine is considered to be the most memorable and "classic" of the 1950s Williams pitch and bat games. These machines are becoming very difficult to find in any condition. Now is your chance to buy this exquisite classic in excellent playing condition from a reputable restoration company with a full warranty. This game is currently on display in our Homer Glen, Illinois showroom along with over 40 pinball machines, arcade games and pitch and bats you can come check out and play. Shipping is included most anywhere nationwide. Illinois residents add 10.25% sales tax.
