Description: 1958 Rolex Oyster Royal Ref. 6444 Manual Hand Wind Swiss Made Watch - Serviced About the watch & condition: Here we have a beautiful Rolex Oyster Royal dated 1958. This watch is superb & has a wonderful aged dial with a nice patina . Its recently had a service so is running smoothly and keeps great time over 24 hours within 30 seconds. Completely ready to wear! More details below; The watch has a gorgeous champagne coloured dial with a nice patina. Some people don’t like patina but you can’t not like this one! It looks great, nothing major just nicely aged. The crystal is nice and clean and gives you a great view of the dial below! The dial & movement is housed in a stainless steel case. There’s some light scratches which you’d expect on any pre owned vintage watch but for its age it’s fantastic! It has its original Rolex branded screwdown crown which looks stunning & works absolutely fine. The watch is sat on a nice Rolex 7835 17mm bracelet which will fit a wrist of 7 1/4 inches or smaller. It can be shortened using the clasp if needed! Similarly to the case there’s some light scratches but again this is to be expected. It has 367 end links on the bracelet and depending the position of the bracelet there can be a little gap between the case & end link as shown. This is quite common on some of the older vintage Rolex’s. While on the wrist it looks absolutely fine as shown! This watch is a mechanical watch, this means it needs to be wound for it to work. Please know this when buying! Overall it’s a lovely example, no box or papers unfortunately but this is common of a watch of this age. We have had this recently serviced however there’s no paperwork to support this.
