Description: Hello, Back in the mid 60's to mid 70's. AFL teams started selling a mass of *licensed merchandise inside their stadiums. The AFL or NFL often hired folks to sell the merchandise and split the profits with the team. Al Davis wasn't a fan of sharing with the league and although he did sell the official licensed merchandiseinside Alameda County Coliseum. Al Davis and later in 1969-70's Al LoCasale (Little Al) would hire locals to sell itemsin the parking lot and around the stadiums before and after the games and would reap 100% of the proceeds excluding the wages and perks for the merchandise sellers, such as free tickets and invitations to VIP events. This practice continued right up to the Raiders last game in Oakland in 2019 (Although, The Raiders were long out of that business by then). This is one of the 100% revenue Raiders generated 1960's pennants from the parking lot in Oakland. I rate it good, but obviously to a pennant collector it's poor. So, between poor to good. imo.(Please look at all 19 pictures) Definite Garage or Body Shop wall/door Hanger. Approx. 57-years old. This style is super hard to find. Most fans purchased pennants inside the coliseum. Randolph Scott, the face inside the Raiders helmet logo looks almost like a skeleton here.Has the 5 helmet black dots (air holes), just like the licensed ones. No dates or company markings. No AFL or NFL sponsorship. Reasonable Offers Considered
