It is made from silvered bullion wire, in various textures, with black and some white threading giving definition to the crown and wings, on a black, padded, wool base and backing. It measures 4 inches long. I believe this is a super rare variation and in fine to extra fine condition, but please see the photos and grade for yourself. This item and all the other items I am posting in this came from a collection of international wings put together by a former president of the local Air Force Association.
