Description: This booklet of southern recipes is from the 1960's era. It doesn't really say if the recipes are reprinted from a much earlier cook book though it certainly appears that they are. The recipes and the booklet were created around Virginia ham and in particular, Jordan's Genuine Virginia Hams. Both menus and recipes are provided with every menu featuring ham. 15 pages. 5 3/4 x 8 1/2 inches. This copy is in near perfect condition. It is crisp, clean and unmarked, likely never used. The original ten cent price tag is still on the front cover. There are two faint white spots on the front cover and the body of the booklet curves at the lower right corner. Else, no creases, no folds, no stains or tears. Ships with USPS media mail.
