At another angle, the fields explode with rings of concentric toning in rich blue, plum, rose, and gold, hues. Proof Franklins from the 1960s are very hard to find with appreciable color; and very rarely do they grade PF67. So close to Cameo, too! Next to impossible to get with a CAC sticker, with colorful toning, and in this grade.
