Description: My Volvo 544 is probably the best 544 anywhere; a clean and well maintained hot rod, air conditioning and heat, radio and phone hookup with bluetooth with a beautiful burgundy exterior, great paint, no rust anywhere and tan interior. Powered by a 350 Chevrolet engine, 700R4 overdrive automatic coupled to a 9" Ford rear end with Mustang II Front Suspension and Disc Brakes. Used a speedometer from another car so actual mileage is unknown; less than 10,000 I'm sure. .I've had health issues and the car has been parked all year (indoor clean storage). It's a perfect ride for anyone who wants to experience the thrill of driving a classic Volvo and surprising the folks at Cars 'n Coffee. Checking to see what it needs : the speedometer isn't working (used to so I can't explain), the exhaust cutouts don't work (I think the fob needs a the battery) and there are a couple of paint chips and scratches, fixable with touch up (ocurred in storage I think) This vehicle is a must-have for any car collector or enthusiast who is looking for a unique hot rod / street rod.
