Description: 1974 Universal Statuary Clown Wall Hanging 18" Hollow Plastic Not Chalkware Bozo This is a vintage clown wall hanging that measures 18" x 10" x 5". The maker's mark reads, " Universal Statuary 1974". The clown is made of a hollow plastic (not chalkware as many Universal Statuary figures are made of). There is a loop hanger on the back to hang. The clown looks like the famous "Bozo" clown but maybe a bit scarier! There has been a repair to one foot. See my photo showing the back side where you can see the crack repair.
