We've been restoring and updating it while using it for the last 4 years. New sub floor and insulation up front where fresh water tank leaked. New front wiring including the tow vehicle harness and copper water lines were replaced with pex. Air conditioning, furnace, water system, rv refrigerator (works on ac/propane/battery), stove/oven, toilet, sinks, holding tanks, 110v electrical, 12v electrical, running lights, electric brakes, etc all in working condition. Water heater was by-passd when we got it and remains that way. All 4 tires replaced a few years ago. Twin beds in back and scissor couch (double) in front. Comes with a weight distribution hitch if you want it but it wasn't needed on our Tahoe.Argosy campers are not for the shy, you get lots of attention. She's far from perfect but served us well with lots of great memories. Was often across the state at Hoffmaster State park if you ever saw us there. Located in SE Michigan in Brighton (zip 48114). We've decided to go modern. Comes with clean clear title in our name and is still insured ($20k value) and plated. Tow it anywhere, we've had it across the state and up north across Michigan. She's winterized but can still show everything working.
