1977 Harley-Davidson XLCR

Description: The Harley-Davidson XLCR is an American cafe racer motorcycle manufactured by Harley-Davidson between 1977 and 1979. Only 3,124 units were produced. This is the 47th XLCR ever produced! How many have survived is unknown, but it's reasonable to believe less than half remain worldwide. In recent years the XLCR has become collectable. The miles on the engine are unknown. The lower end of the motor has a matching serial number to the frame. The cylinders are not original equipment. I've owned this motorcycle since March 2021. I've put approximately 500 miles on it. The speedometer and tach are new. (the old ones were not original and in poor condition.) I added the oil filter. Yes, this motorcycle was manufactured without an oil filter! I relocated the ignition key, horn and coil as you'll see in the pictures. Dynajet ignition and coil. S&S carb is new. Andrews Cams. Cables and switching housings on handle bars are aftermarket but I do have the originals. I also have the original oval air filter cover. Anything I took off the motorcycle I still have so whoever buys the motorcycle will receive all the take-off parts. Odyssey battery is less than a year old. This motorcycle is sold AS IS.
