Everything was working, was tore down because a transmission issue. They have some pitting and the chrome is faded, can clean up with polishing. Center hole is 3 3/16" Most items listed here are motorcycle parts 25 years old or more, meant for repair not restoration. If you are going to use for restoration, do it at your drecression.
