It has been slightly mishandled and has some minor wrinkles and some slight roughness. It is dated 1994 during the “No Fly Zone” period, after the 1990-91 “Gulf War”. It pictures Saddam Hussein, the dictator who lasted until he was placed him at the end of a rope in 2006. "Standard Catalog of World Paper Money" (Modern Issues 1961-) by Albert Pick. #84. Face: 035029 • ١٩٩٤ - ١٤١٤ or (1994 – 1414) Serial number and date. • Dark blue on light blue and pale ocher underprint. • Saddam Hussein. Back: Baghdad clock. • Watermark: Falcon’s head. The Note: A crisp, never used specimen. It has some minor roughness along the top edge, and some light wrinkles, no other folds or creases, and no tears or holes.
