Shipping costs are at least $0.64, eBay fees are $0.30, plus a 12% sale fee, and packaging material is $0.16. Cards shipped via eBay Standard Envelope (ESE), can experience delays. The tracking is also spotty from time to time. If a card shows “delivered”, please be patient, giving it up to 10 days to show up in your regular letter mail. Some post offices scan cards as “delivered” when they are received at the post office or the sorting center, not necessarily at your mailbox.
