Replacements for original: This is a barn find, had been exposed to the elements and some alloy oxidation can be seen on the crank arms. Original ROLF wheels had a blown freehub from sitting in elements so I replaced the wheelset with 7700 hubs (group/period correct) laced to velocity aerohead rims as I couldn’t source a replacement free hub. Replaced headset bearings Replaced chainrings (7700 period correct) Replaced chain (SRAM pc950) Replaced pedals (period correct) Installed new DEDA handlebar tape All new cables and housing throughout This bike is rare and the finish is in very good shape considering it’s age. It’s had one owner that didn’t ride it too much, they lived in Madison Wisconsin in the 90’s and picked it up through a friend that worked at TREK during the crazy Lance years.
