The Lady is wonderfully hand painted with exceptional attention to detail. The oval painting with glass cover to protect the surface of the same. On back, it has a support for tabletop display, marked Made in USA. The painting is signed in the right side "Vély" probably for Anatole Vely (French, 1838-1882).
