Naked City the band is a supergroup with art rock luminaries like Fred Frith, Bill Frisell, Joey Baron and Yamatsuka Eye performing a dizzying array of soundtrack music, blasts of hardcore metal, punk and funk. The second CD is the first in a series of releases compiling Zorn's film score work, and also includes many luminaries such as Robert Quine, Anton Fier, Arto Lindsay, Frith, and Frisell. In my mind these two titles belong together, which is why I'm bundling them together.
